Welcome to the South Australian Rocketry Club
SARC is a non-profit organisation founded to give South Australian (SA) students and amateur rocketeers the opportunity to undertake launches.
Our current launch site is near Blanchetown with clearance to ~7500 feet and we are working on options that will allow us to go higher. When we have more to share, we will announce it here and via our social media.
We are in the process of putting together our launch calendar for 2026 and once it is confirmed we post it here in early 2026. Launches are planned to be during daylight hours, once a month, in the non-fire season - approximately April to November but will vary from year to year.
We are a prefecture of the Tripoli Rocketry Association and operate under the Tripoli Safety Code.
