This is a Junior & Education membership to the club.

It confers all standard right to the member.

A Junior & Education member applies to those who are either: a current Junior member of the Tripoli Rocketry Association, meaning they are able to attend and launch at all member launch events, or they are attending an Education event in partnership with SARC, allowing them to launch only at the specific education launch event.
